Finally Sorta Official

   Soooo in recent news, I bought a new camera!! It's all I've been raving about recently to everyone around me and i'm so so sooo in love with it. It's my very first "official" camera and as a photography junkie i'm feeling just about on top of the world right now. I got a canon rebel 18 MP digital SLR camera and with it came a 18mm-55mm lens and a 75mm-300mm lens. As soon as I opened up the package I was absolutely mesmerized by it. Both lenses are incredible but I discovered really quickly that the 75mm one's capability to zoom in so much is just breathtaking. I've wanted a camera like this one for so long. I remember sitting in my backyard back in middle school taking pictures on my pink nikon digital camera and I thought I was the world's best photographer. I had to settle for the subpar quality of an iphone camera for a while but now at last I feel like I have the exact tools I've wanted for years now.

   I basically just wrote this so I could take it as an opportunity to show off some of the pictures I've taken with the camera recently. I spent all day at the beach from morning to past sunset today so you can imagine how many pictures I was taking. Life has been really good lately; I can't really think of any complaints off the top of my head. I'm feeling healthy, mentally and physically, and super happy. I feel like there's been a lot of positive energy coming my way recently. I've been pretty busy these past few weeks and finally tonight I gave myself the time to sit down and write this. I truly hope everyone has been able to keep as positive of a mindset as possible. I'm sending happiness and compassionate vibes to all! Personally, I feel like my life just got a whole lot cooler all because of this much needed purchase. I'm not really a "money buys happiness" sort of gal but money definitely did help me get this smile that's on my face.
